To ensure smooth order handling, orders with a total value above PKR 10,000 require a 20 percent advance payment via bank transfer. This advance allows us to reserve and prepare your items for dispatch.

Orders below PKR 10,000 do not require advance payment. Once any required advance is received, the order will be confirmed and processed.

Failure to complete payment requirements may result in order cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
